Show up and Don't give up!

Such a simple thought. Great idea. Not always easy.

Life is challenging. It can be downright discouraging at times. People are confusing, upsetting and hurtful at times. Events don't always go in ways we plan for or hope for. People can let us down. Our life circumstances can change dramatically.

We do need to feel all these feelings. We do not want to pretend we are not struggling if we are struggling. Acknowledging and facing our genuine feelings is vital. Many of us are quite a tangle of assorted feelings much of the time. This is normal.

Then we want to show up. And show up. And show up again.

Not giving up is huge. It takes courage. It takes guts. So good for you, for showing up one more time.
